1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the BoltCart website or any of its services — including requesting a demo, creating an account, or engaging with our platform in any capacity — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and any applicable laws or regulations.

If you are using our services on behalf of a business or organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (or your organisation) and BoltCart.

2. Demo Requests & Service Availability

Submitting a demo request through our website does not constitute a guarantee of service availability, onboarding, or activation. BoltCart reviews each request individually and reserves the right to approve, decline, or defer any request at its sole discretion.

Completion of a demo session does not imply a commitment to provide ongoing services. Service activation is subject to separate agreement, capacity, and eligibility review.

3. Accuracy of Information

When using BoltCart's website, submitting forms, or engaging with any service, you agree to provide complete, accurate, and truthful information. This includes — but is not limited to — your name, business name, contact details, and any other information requested.

Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information may result in:

• Denial or suspension of access to BoltCart services
• Termination of any existing service agreement
• Legal liability in cases where misrepresentation causes harm

BoltCart is not responsible for any issues arising from inaccurate or outdated information provided by users.

4. Third-Party Platform Dependency

BoltCart's services are built in part upon third-party platforms, including WhatsApp and Meta (collectively, "Third-Party Platforms"). The availability, functionality, and performance of BoltCart's services may be directly affected by the operational status, policies, and decisions of these platforms.

BoltCart does not control these Third-Party Platforms and is not responsible for any interruptions, changes, or discontinuation of services caused by them. By using BoltCart, you acknowledge and accept that:

• BoltCart's features may be limited, altered, or unavailable due to changes made by WhatsApp or Meta
• BoltCart cannot guarantee uninterrupted service if a Third-Party Platform experiences outages or policy changes
• Access to BoltCart services may require you to maintain active, compliant accounts with the relevant Third-Party Platforms

5. Compliance with WhatsApp & Meta Policies

Clients using BoltCart are solely and independently responsible for complying with all applicable policies, guidelines, and terms of service set by WhatsApp and Meta. BoltCart acts as a facilitating platform and does not assume responsibility for violations of Third-Party Platform policies committed by clients.

This includes, without limitation, compliance with:

• WhatsApp Business Terms of Service and Commerce Policy
• Meta's Advertising Standards and Community Standards
• WhatsApp's Messaging Policy and Business Messaging guidelines
• Any other applicable policies published by WhatsApp or Meta

Failure to comply with Third-Party Platform policies may result in suspension or permanent termination of your WhatsApp Business account. BoltCart shall bear no liability for such outcomes.

6. Right to Refuse Service

BoltCart reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to refuse, suspend, or terminate service to any individual, business, or entity at any time and for any reason, including — but not limited to — violation of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, non-compliance with applicable laws, or conduct that BoltCart determines to be harmful to its platform, other users, or the public.

Where commercially reasonable, BoltCart will provide advance notice before terminating an active service relationship. However, in cases involving misuse, fraud, or policy violations, termination may occur without prior notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BoltCart, its directors, employees, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — BoltCart's website or services.

This limitation applies to, among other things:

• Loss of revenue, profits, or business opportunities
• Data loss or service interruptions
• Damages resulting from third-party platform outages or policy changes
• Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in any content on our platform
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your data

BoltCart's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or the services shall not exceed the amounts paid by you to BoltCart in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8. Changes to These Terms

BoltCart reserves the right to update, modify, or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Where the changes are significant, we may notify active users by email or through a prominent notice on our website.

Your continued use of BoltCart's website or services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the updated terms, you should discontinue use of the platform.
